Rims
Due to the extreme stresses of driving, cornering and high jumps, the rim design and materials used are extremely important. The right flexibility and stability allow the Louise RC wheels to withstand these extreme loads.
The Louise RC wheels are made from a blend of high quality nylon granules with additional fiber reinforcement where needed. These composite materials were developed by Dupont® specifically for Louise RC.

Tire inserts
The tires are mounted either with special preformed, or with cut-to-size foam inserts. The inserts are selected in an optimal density and dimension to ensure perfect cushioning and dimensional stability of the tire.

Mounted - Bonded
Due to the extreme loads, the tire must be firmly bonded to the rim. Louise RC takes the utmost care to ensure that the tires are properly bonded. For years, it has been searching for the best way to bond the tires not only well, but also cleanly. Today, Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tires are glued with a special rubber cyanoacrylate glue. This glue was specially developed for Louise RC to guarantee a perfect bonding that can withstand all extreme forces.

The following steps are performed in production at Louise RC to achieve perfect bonding;
- The rings of the tire to be glued are lightly sanded and degreased.
- The surface of the rim to be bonded is lightly sanded and degreased.
- The tire is bonded to the rim bed with cyanoacrylate adhesive using a special metering device. This ensures that the same amount of adhesive is always applied.
- The glued tire is pressed on for a certain time to ensure perfect adhesion and curing.
- Each tire undergoes a rotation and pull test to ensure a perfect bond.

MFT technology
MFT stands for Micro Fiber Technology. This technology indicates the presence of a band of fabric in the tire tread to prevent the tire from deforming and inflating at high speeds.

The MFT technology keeps the tire in its shape, even under heavy acceleration and top speeds.
The well-known inflation of a normal tire without MFT technology, which destroys the entire tire shape and where the diameter of the tire changes under these extreme conditions, is a thing of the past. The MFT technology provides more stability, significantly more ground contact and a longer tire life.

Important:
The tire with the MFT technology is usually slightly heavier and larger than normal tires without the MFT technology. We recommend checking the gear ratio and adjusting it if necessary. We also recommend updating your steering servo as these tires provide more grip and can overload a standard servo.

SPORT Compound
Louise RC has years of experience manufacturing racing tires for RC vehicles. The RC hobbyist and RC basher have very different tire requirements than the RC competition driver. From this experience, the special sport rubber compound was developed. The sport rubber compound is available in 2 hardnesses, soft or medium-soft. For the lighter 1/10 cars mainly the soft compound is used and for the more powerful and mostly heavier 1/8 models the medium-soft compound is used.

The SPORT rubber compound guarantees a tire that;
- is particularly wear resistant
- offers excellent road holding and steering precision
- offers excellent grip on the various types of surfaces.
- is compatible with the top performance of today's RC vehicles
